Martin Beitia leads Innovation, Design & Research in Iberia, the main airline in connecting Europe and LatAm. His role is focused on promoting a design-driven culture within Iberia, generating knowledge through research and building new products, services, and businesses, together with the international ecosystem of startups and corporates. He is also the Iberia lead for Hangar 51, the open innovation and venturing platform of IAG; a founding member of All4Zero, an industrial alliance towards decarbonization and a member from Patio, an innovation and sustainability campus in Madrid.   He studied the LEINN degree at the University of Mondragon, Master in Human-Centered Innovation at h2i institute and Social Transformation Master in Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Prior to joining Iberia, he built his own startup Kibber and worked in the innovation and design sector in companies such as Propelland or the Kutxa Foundation. As additional activities, he is an active member of international networks such as Celera, Nova or Mondragon Team Academy.
