I started my career as an Aircraft Technician/Engineer and Technical Officer in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, holding various leader positions within Maintenance Management and Training. Continuing to Civil Aviation at SAS, holding leadership position as P147 Training Manager. I have also held various national and international leader positions within Oil & Gas Industry at National Oilwell Varco (Training Management and Head of Projects in Europe), Electricity Business Chain (Founder and Head of EL-Academy), and Green Technology (CTO and COO). Currently I am holding the position as Head of Support Functions in SAS, covering areas such as Production Planning, Lean Strategy and Improvement Projects. As an AI enthusiast and futurist, I have sincere interest, knowledge and user experience in the potential and practical use of AI and AI Assistants. I am also an author and founder of a small AI company.
