Head of Support Functions within SAS Operations - Part 145 Maintenance. Main focus is use of Lean, AI and invest in people, to streamline processes, including improving quality and reduce waste. Currently working with enhancing maintenance operations, planning processes, to ensure high accuracy in planning maintenance activities. The Morning Readiness, getting Aircrafts into service fast and safely, is a corner stone to the rest of the Punctuality in the Airline. Likewise planning fast and correct, ensure fast rectification of snag and unplanned maintenance on Aircraft during operation. This also reduces the need of many spare aircrafts - saving incredible costs for the airline. Working closely with CAMO's to deliver Predictive Maintenance for the airlines, reducing the risk of unplanned maintenance during operation (AOG). Work experience is vast within Aviation industry, for decades, in several leadership roles. Additional leadership experiences from international Oil & Gas industry, Electrician businesses and Military Aviation. Kaizen Lean Black Belt certified.
