How do I use the Aviation Festival App?

How to login to the platform via web browser

1.  Go to Aviation Festival
2.  Click "Log in as a Participant" in the top right
3.  Enter the email you used to register for World Aviation Festival 2025
4.  Create your own password
5.  Wait 15-20mins - the link will be sent to your email

If you have not registered for World Aviation Festival

1. Click here  to register now! The app is only available to event attendees.
2. Wait 15-20 minutes - you will be sent an email from [email protected]. Click the button in the email to access the platform. Don't forget to check your spam folders, just in case.

Tips

• To access the platform, you'll need to download our app or login via a recent web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• The link sent from [email protected] will take you to your default browser. If this isn’t Chrome or Mozilla, you will need to right click on the link, copy the link, and paste into Chrome or Mozilla browser.
• Add [email protected] to your safe senders list, as we will be sending emails from this address via the app.
