Angela Lee is Senior Manager, Product Management – Mobile App for United Airlines, focusing on driving the product strategy and enhancements for the United app. Since taking on this role in 2019, Angela has lead teams in the award-winning redesigns of the United app and helped launch key digital features including Live Activities, Terminal Guide, Travel-Ready Center, bag drop shortcut and more. Prior to her current role, Angela worked in other data analytics and product management roles at United, working on internal-facing frontline mobile and web applications for the airline’s inflight, airport operations and contact center teams. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
