Anita is a highly experienced professional with more than 23 years of global airline and travel industry experience, spanning airport, commercial, and loyalty operations. She has played a key role in driving the Skywards transformation program, leading strategic initiatives and capabilities that have had a positive impact on business performance and customer experience. In her current role, she leads a cross-functional team of specialists in business solutions, fraud prevention, change management, portfolio management and technology to drive impactful business transformation. Anita holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Finance. She has also completed Emirates Leadership Programme at Warwick Business School, UK and INSEAD, Abu Dhabi.
