Evert de Boer Evert has researched and worked in loyalty strategy since 2000. He has collaborated with more than 40 airlines globally on strategy and finance projects. Evert has published several articles and white papers on the subject across a mix of academic and business journals, including HBR.org. Evert is the author of Strategy in Airline Loyalty - Frequent Flyer Programs, which offers a comprehensive overview of the airline loyalty landscape, which was published by Palgrave MacMillan in 2017. Based in Singapore, Evert is a Managing Partner at On Point Loyalty, a global loyalty advisory firm. Evert leads a global team of loyalty and finance experts supporting clients in designing and executing their loyalty strategies across different industries. Evert obtained his MSc in International Business Studies from Maastricht University in the Netherlands and followed executive education programs at a number of institutions, including McGill University, the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and the London Business School. Together with Xiao Yao Chin, a Partner in the Kuala Lumpur office of On Point Loyalty, Evert authors the recurring ‘On Point Loyalty Top 100 Most Valuable Airline Loyalty Programs’ – a report which has become the aviation industry’s benchmark for sizing the value of airline loyalty programs.
