Juan Carlos is the CEO of Viva Aerobus, Mexico’s Ultra Low Cost Carrier.
He was part of Viva Aerobus founding team, he started in the Commercial Department and became CEO in 2010 at age 29.
Viva Aerobus has grown with a CAGR of 25%, with a the youngest fleet in North America of +90 A320/A321 aircraft, has one of the lowest unit costs worldwide, ancillaries represent almost 50% of their revenues, and have a 33% domestic market share.
Juan Carlos has a bachelor on Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Tec University and a Master´s Degree in Public Policy from Public Policy School of Tec de Monterrey.
