As Head of Innovation at daa (Dublin Airport), Ruairí Kell leads the next horizon of the passenger experience, covering digital-first engagements and technology touchpoints, even through to how these impact operational change. Ruairí was a leader in innovation at both Shipyard Innovation & Accenture, delivering transformational digital and operational change programmes at Fortune 100 companies worldwide. Prior to this, he was instrumental in bringing personalization to the world’s biggest airlines with Irish technology startup Boxever. Ruairí holds a degree in Business & Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
