Sebastian began his career as an Airworthiness Engineer at Avcon Jet AG, a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) for a Business Jet Operator in Austria. After more than three years, he joined Redak Consulting GmbH, where he gained extensive experience in the P-21 Design/Certification sector (DOA) within the aviation industry. During his time there, he served as a trainer, worked on design and certification for cargo ETSO equipment (ADOA), and managed safety and compliance for CAMO operations. In 2023, Sebastian founded AEROMOND Services e.U. in Austria. His primary responsibilities include Safety & Compliance Monitoring Management for various CAMOs and the implementation of SMS (Safety Management Systems) for P-145 (Maintenance Organisations) /P-21 (Design) organizations. He continues to act as a trainer for EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnecting Systems) and Fuel Tank Safety on behalf of the JAA Training Organisation and is involved in P-21 modification projects as DE/CVE (Design Engineer). Additionally, he works on cargo ETSO design and serves as a consultant for special projects within the aviation sector. Following the completion of his master's degree in Air Transport Management in 2022, after having submitted an international patent application, Sebastian founded the start-up AEROMOND in April 2023. He officially incorporated the company “AEROMOND FlexCo” in July 2024. Being the CEO of AEROMOND FlexCo, he is at the forefront of developing an innovative on-board communication system for the commercial airline and railway industry. AEROMOND´s innovation helps passengers, airlines and railway companies with an easy-to- use standardized system for ordering on-board services directly from their own device.
