Vijaykumar Dayinde is the Chief Information Officer of Malaysia Airports, effective 1 November 2022.     Vijaykumar plays a key role in formulating the IT strategy, delivering the key Airports 4.0 transformation projects as well as other digital initiatives in providing a contactless and seamless guest experience at Malaysia Airports. Spearheaded the IT ecosystems across all airports by Malaysia Airports, while ensuring all business and technical operations of the IT Division. Leading the team in adopting the new edge technologies bringing agility in the work model and building competency across multiple areas.    Vijaykumar brings to the table a wealth of experience, boasting over  23 years in the field of Telecom, IT Strategy, Planning, Transformational Delivery, Operations and Cybersecurity. He has also assumed various management roles globally across a variety of industries including telecommunication and IT services.     Expert in Digital Transformation, strong believer in Data Management and Data-driven Business, highly focused on Strategic Consultant and expert at problem-solving with deep understanding of customer engagement and telecommunication operator business models. Vijaykumar has an uncommonly strong talent for building and cultivating trusting relationships with high-level corporate executives.    With a versatile skill set, Vijaykumar has worked across a multitude of technologies and demonstrated thought-leadership for innovative ideas and solutions that engage executives and create business value and competitive advantage.
