Bringing over two decades of global expertise in leading and crafting end-to-end customer experience propositions, journeys and CX strategies, he successfully lead multiple award-winning transformational customer experience enhancement programmes including Etihad’s A380 and The Residence, innovative sustainable product proposition, 360 partnership with a luxury Italian fashion house as well as an elevated ground and lounge experience at the new Abu Dhabi terminal to name a few. A former Hotelier, he currently leads the experience and product development team at Etihad Airways curating thoughtful products and experiences for its guests.
