KB Technology is promoting Dolium. An Integrated Business Support System, it has been developed with over 40 years Industrial Engineering experience and 15 years of recognised consulting excellence to the Australian national security and Defence environment, root cause analysis identified many upstream problems to the issues they were responding to solve.

The roles of business and technology had inverted; where once technology was used to support business, it now governed it defined how business is conducted.

Essentially staff have become masters of the deployed technology, not the task required of them. Technology and the mastery of it has become a significant barrier-to-entry to employing the right resources when required.
