James Harkin brings over 25 years experience in assisting global and Australia-based companies to successfully adopt SaaS and OnPremise solutions, transforming their employee and customer experiences and, ultimately, the way they work. He previously led sales teams at some of the world’s top software companies and joined Lucid Software over two years ago to scale Australian operations and help leading APAC organisations to see and build the future with Lucid. James earned a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow and developed his business acumen as a Chartered Management Accountant in the UK, eventually moving across the ocean to raise his family in Australia.
