Roundtable #12: Building a Future-Ready Workforce with SFIA: Insights from Skillsoft's Experience in the Public Sector

This roundtable will run three times - 2pm, 2:30pm, and 3pm.

Every Australian organisation recognises the importance of investing in their existing staff and attracting the right employees to meet existing and future challenges. The Australian Government – like many others around the world – has identified there is a ‘skills gap’ that needs to be addressed.

Join us for an insightful session with Skillsoft's Vice President for ANZ and Global SFIA Board Member, Kath Greenhough, as she delves into the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and how it can be used to address skills gaps and ensuring that organisations have the right skills to meet their business objectives.

During this session we will also explore:

  • Trends in the public sector and the future focus areas that Skillsoft has engaged with organisations worldwide, like AI, Cyber, Cloud and Hybrid
  • Learnings from over 20 years of experience in helping public sector workforces in Australia and other countries.
  • Success stories of how Skillsoft has helped other organisational leaders and business managers transform their businesses through digital skills initiatives.
  • The importance of addressing the skills gap and the benefits of a suitably skilled and governed workforce
