Is the event a physical event, in-person?

YES! We are so excited to host the event in-person at SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.

Can I register on the day of the event at SMX Convention Center?
Yes, you can. All registrations must be done here .

Can I attend the event virtually or dial in?
NO. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online. Presentations are not available after the event.

Is this a free event for attendees?

Yes! You can register for your FREE PASS here . It includes all access to:

The entire exhibition
All conference sessions including the keynotes
Solar Installer University (first-come-first-served basis)

Please note F&B is not part of the pass. You will have to make your own arrangements.

Are there F&B options at the event?
No. You can explore other F&B options in SMX Convention Center https://www.smxconventioncenter.com/smx-manila/#amenities-2 or explore SM Mall of Asia, Philippines biggest shopping mall located across the SMX Convention Center.

Please note you cannot bring F&B items into the Halls.

How do I know if my application for the free pass has been approved?
You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you have registered within 24 hours. Otherwise, contact Please write it to [email protected]

When can I collect my event badge?
Please collect your badge from the registration desk. Registration and event opening hours can be found here .

How do I access the presentation slides and recordings after the event?
Session recordings and/or presentation slides will NOT be available after the event.

Do I need to apply for a visa to Philippines? What documents do I need?
Please visit https://dfa.gov.ph/guidelines-requirements and check with your local immigration authorities for latest information. You are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration and health authorities for all travel and pandemic protocols.

I need a Letter of Invitation (LOI) for my visa application. What should I do?
Please ensure you have registered for the Solar & Storage Live Philippines 2025 event first. Once that is done, email us at [email protected] with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 5 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 12 May 2025 .

How do I access the presentation slides and recordings after the event?
Session recordings and/or presentation slides will NOT be available after the event.
