Zhejiang Wanma Co., Ltd., the backbone company of Zhejiang Wanma Group, is the national leading enterprise. The company origins from Zhejiang Wanma Cable Plants which founded in 1992, in 1996 changed to the Limited Liability Company, in 2007 wholly changed to Company Ltd. In July, 2009, Wanma listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and issued A shares (Stock Code: 002276). Wanma put momentous asset restructuring into effect in 2012. It reorganized the cable industries under Wanma Group, and issued shares to purchase the 100% equity of Wanma Macromolecule, Wanma Special Electron Cable and Tianyi Communication Wires & Cables, which perfecting the cable industrial chain and enriching the product line. At present, the company has an area of 200,000 square meters, a total assets of ￥4 billion and a staff of 1,700, including over 200 engineers and 35 senior technical management personnel.
