Attendees who require entry visa into Philippines can request for a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser.

The entry visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Philippines. It is also not a guarantee that the holder will be automatically admitted into the country as the admission of foreign nationals into Philippines is a function of immigration authorities at the port of entry.
