Tech in Gov takes place on Tuesday 12 August and Wednesday 13 August at the National Convention Centre Canberra.

• Exhibitor access: from 7:30am
• Expo open: 8:30am – 5:10pm
• Conference plenary: 9:00am – 10:40am
• Roundtables: 2:20pm – 3:50pm
• Closing plenary: 4:20pm – 5:10pm
• Networking drinks: 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Wednesday 13 August
• Exhibitor access: from 7:30am
• Expo open: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Opening plenary: 9:10am – 10:30am

Registration opens from 8:00am each day.

Tech in Gov is open to all public sector professionals and industry attendees. Registration is required.

You can register online via our Registration Page. It’s quick, easy, and completely free.

Registration is free for all attendees.

How do I get my attendee pass? After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass.

Bring your registration confirmation email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass from 8:00am each day. Or scan the QR code in the event app at the registration desk to print your event pass.

You can make changes to your event pass by logging into the app and visiting the ‘My Account’ section. If you're unable to update your details there, simply enter the event using your current pass and visit the registration desk onsite for assistance.

The National Convention Centre Canberra is accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare or car. More details are on the Venue & Travel page.

Yes. Convenient and secure parking is available underneath the National Convention Centre Canberra for 480 cars, with internal lift access from the top level. Car parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Yes. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase throughout the event, including an array of food trucks located outside the venue.

No. Sessions are first-come, first-served. Use the app to bookmark sessions and plan your day.

Sessions will not be recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.

Business casual is suitable for both the conference and networking functions.
